A rest day!

Good morning! Today will be a good rest day! Playing my first game of the season. Still as excited as ever! Anyway, one more week to the end of my internship and a week of good rest up ahead! Looking forward to that short getaway with baby!

Okay, lately there have been so much happening! Firstly i think its really satisfying to see your client become stronger and healthier. I used to think that training people is fast money cause you just ask them to do work out until they die on the floor and ka ching! money come money come! Wrong mindset! i have been doing research and i realized it is this kinda challenge that keeps me going. Becoming a mentor, that is what i am. Not just a trainer that kill during workout. Whatever i do must make sense and improve them. Instil in them a mindset of being healthy. I love my job.

Also, setting a standard for yourself in terms of the things you do shows alot in your character. If you can give a sub standard work and expect to hand up to people. i really think you should think about it. Reflect if you can. The measure of a men’s character is really in the things he do and say. Both have to work hand in hand. So many talk too much and end up no doing half as good as they say. So it really puts people away when you talk. SO! when you say something, do it. AND DO IT WELL!

Also.. saw my girlfriend put on make up for the first time.. what can i say? still awe-d. hahahaha!

Actually, i have no idea why i am counting down since im gonna do part time anyway. Im just looking for the short getaway to msia. Really need the break! It will be real good for me! Anyway, im blogging from work. Juat took my first class @7.15am and it is also my last class. hahah! So i guess today aint that bad for me.. I woke up early today to make pasta to bring to work thinking that the food at purvis is getting really boring and a change would be good! Looking forward to coaching later on, i kinda enjoy teaching people to exercise and seeing them become better makes me feel good!

Oh well.. Really wanna thank God for all the opportunities given to me and doors opened. It is truly God’s grace.

After a long long hiatus, i am finally back blogging! Oh well.. so many things have happened and that i dont know where to start! Neways, im having my internship now. It is really fun! enjoy it alot! At times it can be quite a killer cause i have to wake up real early in the morning. As fun as it gets, i do have my downside. Without my awesome girlfriend, it wont be as easy.

P.S: I love you so so much!

Im going to hong kong for the student’s exchange thing this sunday. Im looking forward cause i know all these meeting and whatever that comes with it is coming to an end. Which means i have more time to myself, and perhaps do things that i enjoy. I was just thinking about my own life. Thinking about it and asking myself how am i? I realized i have lost myself to work and stuff that i stop paying attention to myself. Stop taking care of myself. I am much more tired, i dont feel the drive anymore. I just dont feel it. Gotta be frank, my life is not the way it should be. As in, im rushing here to do this and there to do another thing. Im just completing objectives daily. We have our daily objectives true, that gives us a goal to work towards it, but when you dont rest well, you find yourself dragging to complete everything. That was never the case, you will not do your best. I remember this thing my friend once told me: ‘Sam, you are not supermen, you cant be part of everything.’ Being stubborn, i always thought i could, but looks like even God rest on sabbath. I am very tired, so tired of so all the things that is going on. Physically, emotionally and i really feel like not giving a damn anymore. I know it’s negative for me to think likewise but im just saying. Im still biting on and hanging on. Not letting what happen affects me and it just proves to me that i was wrong in my judgement. Too bad sam, life’s like that and all i can say is i have learned.

Okay.. too emo.. Whatever! Just saying .. just saying. I think it’s crunch time now as the day that i depart is nearer. Definitely feeling the tension because i want to make an impart there. God reminded me of the time where had pageant, POS and training. He made me overcome all that what makes me thing that im going through now any tougher? It;s not because of myself, i have tasted his grace and strength. I would say its all that i need. This week is gonna be a good week. Time to lift all that up to him, i shld stop trying to take charge of stuff on my own. Let him takeover. TO A NEW WEEK! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
